Method
A method is a small promise about how a conversation will unfold. It is worth almost nothing until people are tired; it is worth almost everything after that.
We prefer methods that survive imperfect facilitation, imperfect rooms and imperfect timing. Cleverness at 10 am is cheap. Clarity at 5 pm is the design objective.
The toolkit is deliberately short. Every instrument earns its place by refusing to break in the presence of complexity, disagreement, or an unexpected phone call at the wrong moment.
